In Summary

As a Technical Project Leader you will lead a team of engineers in designing and developing new products and features and improving the performance of the solutions using AI algorithms for VMI machines.

Your work

In the role of you will be in charge of technical project planning and execution, technical oversight, communication with stakeholders and risk mitigation. You work hand in hand with Product Management Team to develop and execute project plans, considering scope, timelines and your team resource constraints. You will define project milestones and deliverables as well as monitor the working methods with which projects are carried out during the various software development phases according to VMI product development process (Discovery, Design and Development aka: Dual Agile) and you are responsible for reviewing and guaranteeing the delivered quality of the software increments.
As a part of the responsibilities you are executing the role you will support Product Manager in backlog management and lead the breakdown of epics into features and user stories as well as prioritization towards the development team.

Your profile

  • Thorough knowledge of C# and .NET Framework/ASP.NET Core and SQL;
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience within a technical environment;
  • Knowledge MS SQL, Oracle, Javascript, Blazor and SignalR;
  • Linux Proficiency: Extensive experience with Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.);
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microservices is an advantage;
  • Experience with Kubernetes and containerization is a plus;
  • A driven team player;
  • Excellent communication skills; stimulating and motivating to team and stakeholders;
  • HBO level with professional knowledge in the discipline area;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Na een succesvol eerste gesprek volgt vaak een tweede gesprek, waarbij je een collega van de afdeling ontmoet. Indien gewenst, is een derde gesprek of een dagdeel meekijken op de afdeling ook mogelijk.

Stap 3 “Aanbod & screening”

Wanneer onze ambities overeenkomen en we een wederzijdse match zien, ontvang je van ons een arbeidsvoorwaardelijk voorstel.
